RahmedI would like your feedback on this pcpartpicker build I've made. Haven't had much experience in any of this, but my requirements are:
- The Phanteks NV9
- 7800x3d CPU
- 240hz @ 1440p Curved monitor
- As many things white (RGB or non-RGB)
Here are some notes I need help with:
AIO cooler: Need help with this one, idk anything about this stuff but I want a white one. Maybe use the Glacier one 420D30 Idk what the difference is
Fans: Same here, would like the same type from the AIO. If I go with the suggested link above, then pair it with the D30-140 / D30-120
PSU: I would like a 80+ Titanium for the efficiency alone; the quieter this build can get the better

I'm not gonna lie, I think your build is actually pretty good for your... annoying requirements. I've spent the last 30 minutes or so trying to put together something that gets more bang for your buck, but after I finally put together my own version of the parts list, it was basically yours but 100 pounds more expensive because I put some case fans in. The only big issue I see is that the Odyssey G7 is known for having QC issues, so just be careful when purchasing and buy from a place that has a good warranty or return policy in case you get a bad batch.

I threw in an extra 2TB M.2 SSD because trust me you will run out of storage a lot sooner than you'd expect. I changed the cooler to one that is pretty much best in its class, and I added some case fans because this is a themed build and what is a themed build if you're only gonna use the 2 rinky dink fans that come with your case?

habibIm genuinely impressed you were able to spot my condition just from watching my stream. The attentiveness and the fact that you care means a lot to me. But yes the truth is for over a year my immune system has started to attack me (it's extremely strong I almost never get sick). The nail clubbing has been happening for over 6-9 months now and when I showed my GP he freaked the fuck out and told me something is terribly wrong with me. The answers helped me understand why I lost all my chakra, why I can barely stream anymore, why Im always just sleeping in bed, my content has been dwindling down along with my health.
While I look good on the outside, my organ health has been deteriorating. This has nothing to do with the TF2 and gaming. It's more to do with the obvious horrible life decisions I've made which Im sure many people know about.
Ive always been an open book and talked about my shit cause theres alot of people in this community that can relate, including some of you at the top (my brothers). My doctor told me I could have potential risk for cancer and severe inflammation everywhere else in my body. Immune system is also going haywire either attacking me or something else that's inside. For about 2 months now my doc told me to go 4 ultrasounds done of my neck, thyroid, lungs and stomach along with 2 xrays and an 8 vial blood test. I still haven't gotten the full results but Im very scared which is why I didn't tell anyone.
The one thing is for sure, Im so sorry to all my fans and supporters and the community, I have no choice but to stop playing for now until I find out and fully treat what's going on. I know yall look up to me but I did this to myself because I wasn't strong enough to handle my mental health and I just played through it all while neglecting the holy vessel I was blessed with. I know a lot of you look up to me, but Im still just a human whos no where near perfect. I still have a lot of work to do and I promise Im gonna heal up. Til further notice.

RoLthis is great, id just like to point out that upscaling/doubling the resolution doesn't help it look smoother/antialias'd unless it includes data that was lost from making it lower res to begin with. id have to guess thats what happened, and because fonts / your source are vectors just by glancing in game I think it could be better potentially utilizing 64x64
edit: and including a dl of the exact same version that actually is lower res for people that dont want one of their crosshairs to be gigantic compared to the others lol
"double" was inaccurate, and the actual resolution of the crosshair file didn't change. I just filled the entire image with the crosshair instead of having big gaps around the sides

how to update:
if you use the scout crosshair on every class without a no explosion script mod just drag and drop the new folder over the old one, if you wanna keep your custom assignements + explosion smoke just drag and drop the crosshair vtfs from the materials folder tree into the one already in your tf/custom directory

RoLbtw if you want the crosshair to be less blurry/pixelated you should be using the entire potential resolution of the vtf instead of like half of it, the only problem is that it might make it bigger relative to peoples existing crosshairs if they have weapon specific ones
this is something that I've already done by the way, as soon as I stop feeling like shit (the flu is kicking my ass right now) I'm going to reupload the new updated version of the crosshairs, as well as some comparisons since you like them so much.

^ btw even if your version of the crosshair is slightly more tall vertically in this comparison that would actually make the scrunch of the gap less apparent if you understand how ratios work.
uh did you not read what I said at the bottom of the post? You can shift over the wings to the left by 1 pixel and it's a perfect match. The goal of my crosshairs was to fix the centering issues that the originals had while staying 1:1 in every other aspect. Should you not like the fixed centering, I can provide an "og" version of the crosshairs. Not sure why you're getting so worked up over a crosshair and claiming that I'm supposedly "gaslighting" you over it. Your initial criticisms we're somewhat valid and I've taken to fixing my mistakes, but now you're just trolling.

in the process of fixing them right now, basically have been for the past 2 hours or so lmao. I kinda decided to forego vertical symmetry since it doesn't really matter and makes them look ass anyways.

idk about you but after comparing it extensively for like 20 minutes it lines up pretty much perfectly with the one in the video. Also do note that the video is taken directly from a 9 year old youtube video so the video version is going to look a lot more compressed and low quality (smoother) than the one I just put together
edit: I've shifted over the wings to the left by one pixel just to see if it would look 100% like the one in the video and it does. I've finally nailed the seeker size + wing font size, just gotta overlay them and turn it into a vtf and I'll reupload.
