If you mean it didn't increase your fps after installing it, make sure it's installed correctly. It should be in your Team Fortress 2 --> tf --> custom folder.

Yes it is installed in custom, with the good addons, and its low preset, no matter what preset i choose it still runs bad

Seems MasterComfig isn't downloading the vpks for graphics/no-soundscapes/etc. Just tried installing a new config and got this error.

Double check it's installed by using:

version_comfig

The most recent version as of this date is 9.10.2.
If you see something like:

Unknown command "version_comfig"

or you see a different version, it is recommended to double check that an existing autoexec is not conflicting with mastercomfig. Look through the following folder for an existing autoexec.cfg file:

I used to use a laptop with an intel GMA chip back in 2009. I got 15 FPS with it back then as well.

I think your only feasible option is just a hardware upgrade. Using a chip that is older than the game itself is currently shooting you in the foot, not a lot graphics configs will be able to do atp for you lol
