If you're only playing 2 hours a day no matter how long you play it will be hard to get better without that grind. Sorry, if you want to get good at aiming while moving play dm for that 2 hours each day and in a while you'll improve. When you're trying to build hard muscle memory 2 hours a day means a lot more of what you do is getting lost the following day than you think is.

happens to me too, try verifying your files and deleting then reloading custom scripts in your autoexec. bustr's solution works, but if you want a permanent solution the script thing might be more effective.
