Mean fps of 132.913.
Did this again because I got a new monitor (VG248QE). It seems like resolution has little to no effect on fps, but I'm pretty sure I heard that before anyway.
Not using my secondary monitor at the moment; I need either a new adapter for the secondary monitor or a DisplayPort cable for my monitor.

festivePEWPEWUhm, idk how to find the driver version. Anyways, I dont understand the result I got. Can anyone explain if it is excellent, average or bad?
The demo is meant to simulate a worst-case scenario for a 6v6 situation. You want your avg FPS to be around your monitor's refresh rate.
Based on your hardware, it looks like you're on a laptop, so your panel's refresh rate is probably 60hz. Your avg FPS in the worst-case scenario is 46-50, so your result isn't bad, but it's not great, either.
Ideally your avg FPS would be 10 FPS higher (to match your 60hz monitor), which means your framerate would be less of an issue in "high action" situations such as midfights where there could potentially be 11 players on your screen fighting at the same time.

yes, forgot to add that it is a laptop @ 60Hz.

I'll also point out the obvious that the demo is a recording of a pub, so in reality it is probably overkill as far a a worst-case scenario for 6v6 is concerned. That said, most would agree that if your computer can run the benchmark demo at a decent avg FPS, it will do as well or better in most 6v6 situations.

No real correlation here, either. I'm guessing that actual rendering is done entirely on the GPU, and since that's one of the few things done on the GPU for TF2, it always has top priority. Someone with an integrated card would probably experience better fps with low res.

My latest benchmark is ~16 fps difference since my Win 7 sp1 tests. Not sure if the difference is due to the OS or due to TF2 updates, but it's pretty significant. I also lowered my overclock by 100mhz, which would also make some sort of contribution.
